What do you want to be able to do with the data? ITjobswatch is one site I know of that tracks jobs in the UK IT industry. Here's a search on data related jobs, for example...

API, data dump? Any ideas on openness (guessing not open ...)

A couple of years ago I tried to sound them out about an API, but never got anywhere. As to license, I think you can assume not open(?), but may also be the case that the data is not acquired in a rights respecting way?! (though I may, of course, be wrong in that assumption....)
