I'm looking for a free dataset that maps from zip code to dollars/kilowatt-hour. It can be US-only, and the location can be more coarse than zip code. I only care about different rate schedules if my homeowner users would know which rate they're on. Otherwise the most current residential average is good enough. This is for a public website that will estimate home power savings.
