Using the OS SPARQL endpoint: http://api.talis.com/stores/ordnance-survey/services/sparql

this query returns SPARQL Result XML giving the URI and name of Unitary Authorities

select ?authority ?name where {
 ?authority a <http://data.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/ontology/admingeo/UnitaryAuthority> ;
              <http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core#prefLabel> ?name .
}

or this query using PREFIXes in name order:

PREFIX skos: <http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core#>
PREFIX os: <http://data.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/ontology/admingeo/>
select ?authority ?name where {
 ?authority a os:UnitaryAuthority;
            skos:prefLabel ?name .
} ORDERBY ?name

Go to the OS SPARQL endpoint: http://api.talis.com/stores/ordnance-survey/services/sparql

and type in the following query:

select ?a ?name where { ?a a http://data.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/ontology/admingeo/UnitaryAuthority . ?a http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/core#prefLabel ?name .}

I think you need to mark the query as code (the 10100 icon) to get the angle brackets included.
